We offer the following methods of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, Discover Card, MasterCard and American Express. We will extend you a 5% accounting courtesy, if the total fee is paid by cash or check prior to making an appointment for the treatment. There will be a $45 charge for any check returned for non-sufficient funds.

       For patients with verified insurance benefits, we will require you to pay your expected portion of the services performed.  There will be no discount on the services and you will be required to leave a credit card on file for any charges the insurance company did not cover after payment.  Of course, if they covered more that we expected we will credit your card on file.

       We understand if do not have the ability to pay for your needed treatment, so we have another way to get the services you want or need.  You can finance your treatment using CareCredit or Springstone Financing which will allow you to have some or all of the necessary treatment done. They offer No-Interest options up to 12 months or you can make low monthly payments with a reasonable interest rate on loans up to 5 years.

       Seniors (over 65) can enjoy a 5% courtesy when the total fee is paid for at time of service.
